15 year warranty for residences
1. This warranty applies only to Caslaquartz produced by CaslaQuartz factory in Vietnam
2. This warranty applies only to Caslaquartz that have been permanently installed in the interior of single-family residences as well as commercial and have not been moved from their original installation. If after or during installation you decide that you do not like the color or finish you selected, that decision is not covered under this warranty.
3. This warranty is valid to the Original Owner of the original residence in which a Caslaquartz / Company on behalf of Caslaquartz installed. The option to repair or replace the product will be conducted by notification letter for Caslaquartz or Company on behalf of us or by registration on website.
4. This warranty doesn’t cover any defect in, or damage to, the product arising from any work done by any party / person other than Caslaquartz.
5. This warranty covers any defects in the manufacture of the original slabs. The subsequent fabrication, application and workmanship are not covered under this warranty.
6. This warranty does not cover Caslaquartz installed in any outdoor application.
7. This warranty does not cover Caslaquartz used as flooring material.
8. Improper use, application or installation will shorten the lifetime of product and will not be covered under this warranty. Such actions includes but are not limited to: mishandling of the products, excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, damage from improper care and maintenance or failure to follow proper installation practices.
9. This warranty does not cover any defect in, or damage to, the product which results from placing hot items including, but not limited to, hot pans, electric frying pans or oven trays directly on the surfaces of slabs
10. This warranty does not cover the chips at edges or other areas caused by impact damage
11. This warranty does not cover scratches caused by improper use as it is a part of care and maintenance
12. This warranty does not cover failures caused by fabricators / installers due to improper fabrication and installation.
13. This warranty does not cover defects that were visible at the time of fabrication and were not avoided during fabrication. Fabricators are required to perform a visual inspection of all materials prior to fabrication and again prior to installation
14. This warranty does not cover the damage of material that has been reduced in thickness.
15. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by creative use of the material such as thermal bending or curving
16. This warranty does not cover damage caused while securing mechanical fasteners directly to the products
17. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by installation of sinks and / or hardware
18. This warranty does not cover milter edges where the joint is not cut correctly.
19. The warranty does not apply if the material is not installed by a qualified, licensed professional.
20. This warranty does not cover label, removal, fabrication or installation of material or any other occurred costs that may be associated with the removal or reinstallation of material covered under this warranty.
21. This warranty only cover for the products with printing “Caslaquartz” at backside of slab.
22. This warranty only cover materials and/or services that have been paid in full.
23. This warranty is for 1st time installation and the owner allows to install, but not they install, then remove and make other installation. And fabricator must be installed based on home owner’s requirement, but not installed by themselves without allowance
24. This warranty applies only to materials that have been maintained according to the Caslaquartz Care & Maintenance guidelines. Care & Maintenance guidelines are available at www.Caslagroup.com
25. To request service under this warranty you must contact the company who sold you Caslaquartz within thirty (30) days of the failure of Caslaquartz surfacing materials.
26. In the event that Caslaquartz materials fail due to manufacturing defect, Caslaquartz / or Caslaquartz’s distributors will or replace such material. Caslaquartz cannot guarantee an exact color match to existing product. All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of Caslaquartz. No one is authorized to make any claims or promises outside of this document on behalf of Caslaquartz.
27. Caslaquartz is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or in part by acts of God, jobs site conditions, architectural / engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism, or other accidental incidences.
28. The end user needs to use as instruction. If they use the kitchen or countertop wrongly, Caslaquartz will not be responsible for the warranty
CARE & Maintenance Guide
Caslaquartz® offers premium engineered stone slabs which are produced using state-of-the-art production lines from Breton S.p.A. Caslaquartz® products offer high-performance surfaces, tough, nonporous, chemical resistant with much better waterproofing, scratch-resistant, anti-fouling and heat resistant than other similar materials. With very simple, quick and easy steps, one can maintain the natural beauty of surfaces for many years.
1. Daily Cleaning:
Always use water and non-abrasive cloth when cleaning to avoid dulling your surfaces and to enable Caslaquartz® to retain its radiant, lustrous appearance for many years. For daily cleaning, simply wipe down your countertop with a damp cloth / damp paper towel and if necessary, a small amount of non-bleach, non-abrasive cleanser
Even though Casla Quartz resists permanent staining when exposed to liquids (such a wine, vinegar, tea, lemon juice and soda) or fruits and vegetables, you’ll want to wipe up food and spills as soon as possible with multi-purpose detergents, then rinse with clean water. You can mix multi-purpose detergent and warm water with the proportion 1:5.
2. Stubborn stains
Instead of using multi-purpose detergents, you should use specialized non-abrasive cleaners with neutral PH (6-8). However, before using this on the entire surface, you should try it on a small area, if there is no discoloration or loss of gloss, you can do the same on the entire surface. We recommend using soft clothes or sponges to remove the dirt and then wipe with warm water.
3. Dried stains
For dry stains like rubber, nail polish paint, paint, food… you just need a thin hard plastic piece to remove and rinse with warm water and multi-purpose detergents
SOME NOTE WHILE USING CASLAQUARTZ
1. Avoid strong impact
Even though our products are impact resistant, you should not stand or put heavy objects on the surface of the countertops, especially on the weaker areas after fabrication and installation such as corners, edges …
2. Avoid chemical impact
Caslaquartz® engineered stone may be damaged if it comes in contact with strong chemicals or solvents. We recommend not using Hydrofluoric acid, paint remover or solvent containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride to clean the surfaces. These chemicals will discolor the surfaces.
3. Avoid sunlight impact
Caslaquartz® engineered stone may change color, hue or curvature if it remains too long under direct sunlight. We recommend not installing Caslaquartz® engineered stone outdoors with direct sunlight.
